Normandy, TN 37360

Phone: (931) 857-3124.  FREE Tours Tues – Sat. 9 am – 4 pm, except Holidays. In 1870 George Dickel used the pure water from the Cascade Springs to distill his first bottle of Tennessee whisky. Today the distillery still handcrafts the whisky in the same unique way George did over 130 years ago— because George thought whisky made in the winter was smoother, this is the only Tennessee whisky to chill before it goes into the charcoal mellowing vats.

Leave George Dickel and drive to Jack Daniel’s Distillery located at Route 1, Lynchburg, Tennessee 37352. Phone: 931-759-6183 Open Daily from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm except Holidays.  Take a Free tour of the Jack Daniel’s Distillery, home to the world famous Jack Daniel’s charcoal mellowed whiskey since 1866, to learn more about the production of this world-famous spirit.

Enjoy Lunch at Miss Mary Bobo’s located off the Lynchburg Square * Call first for reservations 931-759-7394 —now in its 100th year of operations, this former boarding house serves up southern style meals that you can’t resist, including country ham, fried okra, blackberry cobbler, chicken with pastry and more!

If Miss Mary Bobo’s is not available there are many great places to eat  and shop on the square in Lynchburg.
