THE LADIES REST ROOM In 1924 Marshall County built and designated a new building located on the town square to serve as the Ladies Rest Room. This historic structure is a rare but significant symbol of life in the early twentieth century. This building is a symbol of the Agricultural Reform Movement as well as an important document of an earlier generation of town-country and gender relationship in the South.

MARSHALL COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM Located in the Hardison Annex, Lewisburg. Established in 1996 by the Marshall County Historical Society. Exhibits include primitive tools, examples of handmade furniture, medical apparatus and instruments, World War I and II memorabilia, vintage clothing and jewelry, old quilts, a Marshall Co. fossil collection, numerous old photographs, and twenty-five years of the Marshall County Historical Quarterly. Admission to the museum is free. It is open at designated hours and by appointment.
