Centrally located in our county is the clear blue "Mountain-like
stream", the Buffalo River. The Buffalo River offers canoeing, camping,
and fishing. Major hunting opportunities, ranging from white tail
deer to wild turkey also await your pleasure.
Linden is the county seat of picturesque Perry County. Friendly

Lobelville Lobelville was established in 1854 as a post village
and named after Henry DeLobel, a French immigrant who lived in the
area seventeen years before returning to France. DeLobel's name
is carved in old English script in a nearby cave. This town is a
quiet yet thriving community, which has kept its small town charm.
